Chocolate chip cookies

How are they cooked?
Turn on the oven at a temperature of 176°C.
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Mix the dry ingredients together and set aside.
Beat together unsalted butter at room temperature with both types of sugar and vanilla extract until creamy.
Add the eggs one by one and continue beating the mixture again.
Add the dry ingredients and beat with an electric beater until the mixture is homogeneous.
At the end, add the chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.
Using a small ice cream scoop or 2 teaspoons, spread the batter onto the parchment paper, making sure to leave some space between them.
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown (be careful not to brown them).
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking paper for 5 minutes, then place them somewhere else to cool completely.
