Ingredients
1 package of ready-made patties
550 g of boneless lamb
3 medium leeks
8 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of salt
Preparation
To start with the preparation of this recipe, AgroWeb.org advises you to light the fire at a medium temperature and place a pan in it.
Add the lamb and cook until soft and light brown.
Then drain and place in a deep container.
The meat must be separated into thin strips and completely cleaned from the bones.
In the meantime, add 3 tablespoons of butter to the pan, let it melt and then add the cleaned leek pieces.
Let it fry and soften together with the butter and finally add it to the container where the meat is.
Make sure to clean the leek properly and cut it into small pieces.
After mixing well, add salt and ground black pepper to the bowl for a special taste.
Let the container cool and turn on the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees, while in a pan melt the other 5 spoons of butter.
Choose a circular baking pan, grease it with a little butter and continue with the preparation of noodles.
Take the ready-made noodles, lay them out on a clean table and separate only two of them.
Place them one after the other from their widest part and kiss them a little at the end.
In the widest part, spoon some of the leek filling with the meat and start rolling both noodles until a long cylinder is formed.
Do this with each dumpling two by two, until they and the filling are used up.
Then place each cylinder in the circular baking pan, following the rows of circles one after the other until the entire pie is formed.
For baking
When you're done, sprinkle the rest of the melted butter on top of your pie and then pop it in the oven for 30-40 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees until its surface is golden.
After it is baked, take it out of the oven and leave it covered for a few minutes at room temperature.
Then you can consume them warm, the taste will be wonderful./ Alfapress.al
