Roll pie with meat and cheeses

Ingredients
8 ready-made pie crusts.
600 g lamb.
1 thinly sliced onion.
3 spoon of olive oil.
½ spoon of oregano.
2 thinly sliced carrots.
1 thinly sliced tomato (without juice and seeds).
1 spoon of finely chopped parsley.
200 gr. white cheese.
1 cup of grated cottage cheese.
3 spoons of butter
Salt and pepper.
GUIDELINES
In a pot, mix the onions and the meat cut into small pieces.
Add oregano, carrots, tomato, salt and pepper and let the meat boil until soft.
After it has cooled, add the parsley, white cheese and kačkavall cheese.
On a clean surface dusted with a little flour, lay out 4 noodles, coating one from one with butter.
Place stuffing on the two side pieces. Roll one corner of the pastry to the middle, in the shape of a roll, repeat the same with the other corner until they meet.
Do the same with the other 4 dumplings.
Place the prepared rolls on a greased baking sheet, put them in the oven and bake them at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let them cool, cut and serve.
