Calcone filled with salami and mozzarella

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped pepperoni sausage

1/2 cup pasta sauce with meat

1/4 cup shredded mozzarella

1 piece of ready-made dough

1-2 spoons of 2% fat milk

1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese

 1/2 teaspoon spices

Preparation:


1. Heat the oven to 350 °C.

2. In a small bowl, mix pepper, pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese.

3. On a lightly floured surface, divide the dough into four parts.

4.Roll each piece of dough and fill with pepperoni sausage.

5. Brush the top with egg and place on a greased baking sheet.

6. With a brush, paint the dough well from above and add Parmesan cheese and Italian spices on top.
