Tropoja's Leqenik in the oven

Ingredients:
3 cups of fine cornmeal
1 cup of yogurt or whey
1 cup of milk
1 cup of lukewarm water
3 eggs
100 g of butter (or olive oil + butter)
200 g of crumbled white cheese
A pinch of baking soda
A pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal with the salt and soda. Add the eggs, yogurt, milk and lukewarm water. Mix well until it becomes a thin dough-like mass, thicker than for pancakes, but thinner than for bread. Place the butter in the pan and place the pan in the oven for a few minutes so that the butter melts and the pan heats up well. Then pour the dough directly onto the butter and add the crumbled cheese on top. Place it in the oven at 200°C for about 30–35 minutes, until it turns golden and creates a crispy crust.
