Baked Sea Bass with Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
(The ingredients below are for 4-5 people) 4-5 sea bass fish
700 gr potatoes
Olive oil
1 lemon, sliced
Rosemary
Salt
2-3 bay leaves
Preparation:
Peel and slice the potatoes and place them in a pan;
Add salt, rosemary, and olive oil to the potatoes.
Clean the fish well with running water.
Salt it, if you prefer you can add a little rosemary and bay leaves between the fish slices.
Cut a lemon into thin slices and place two slices inside each fish.
Place the fish on top of the potatoes in the casserole.
Sprinkle the fish with a little olive oil and lemon juice, add a glass of water to the pan, and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
