Sunday night recipe/ Pasta and chicken casserole

Ingredients:

1 medium chicken
2-3 tbsp olive oil
2 dried onions
4 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp melted butter
500 gr small pasta
2 liters of water
Bay leaves
Salt, pepper

Preparation:

In a pot, pour the olive oil. Add the chopped onions along with the chicken pieces. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown. Add the tomato sauce, continue sautéing for a few minutes, and then pour in the water.

Adjust the taste with salt, pepper, bay leaves and let the meat cook well. Then add the butter and the small pasta, sauté for a few minutes. Transfer the cooking from the pot to a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Let it bake for 15-20 minutes until the pasta has absorbed all the meat juice. After turning off the oven, leave the casserole in the oven for another 15 minutes and then serve.
