Warm buns with milk

Bread is surely your faithful companion at every meal.
It doesn't matter if you will eat a dish, salad or just bread with cheese, this element is never missing from the Albanian table.
This is related both to the country's culture and to the good taste of this cuisine, which we can safely say is the most famous in the world.
To make the eating process even tastier and healthier, we suggest that you cook the bread yourself at home.
Among the many recipes that AP explains to you, today's one is very similar to the small, floured paninis that you buy in stores.
If you also prefer them, follow below the exact way of preparing them in just a few steps.
Ingredients for 6 people
400 g of flour
2 tablespoons of milk
2 ¼ teaspoons of dry brewer's yeast or a small packet of powder
250 ml of water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
Preparation
To start preparing this recipe, AP advises you to heat the milk.
Pour it into a pan set over medium heat and when it starts to heat up, add the powdered brewer's yeast.
Mix and let it activate and swell for 5 minutes on fire, then add water and sugar little by little.
Once you are done with this, add the flour along with the salt and mix continuously.
Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon, until a sticky mass of dough is formed.
Then put the dough on a work table and work with a little flour for 5-7 minutes.
Give the dough a circular shape with your hands, put it in a glass container, cover it with a cloth and let it rise in a dark and warm environment for about 1 hour.
After the time is up, work the dough again with your hands for a few minutes and let it rise again in the covered container for another 1 hour.
Then, working with your hands, divide the dough into 6 small circular cakes.
Dust them with a little flour and cover them again with a towel or cloth for 5-10 minutes so that they rise a little more.
Uncover them, press them with your hands into a flat disc up to 1.5 cm, sprinkle with flour and cover again for 20 minutes.
For the baking
In the meantime, turn on the oven at 230 degrees, prepare a medium pan lined with baking paper and place your buns separately.
Put them in a warm oven to bake for 5-7 minutes until golden.
Then lower the oven temperature to 150 degrees and let them bake for another 7-10 minutes.
When you take them out of the oven, cover them with a thick piece of cloth and let them cool for 10 minutes.
In this way, they will stay softer and you can store them for 2-3 days.
