Stuffed Sicilian peppers

For 4 people
Ingredients
4 peppers, 240 g of breadcrumbs, 4 tomatoes, 4 salted acciughes, 2 spoons of capers, 50 grams of gray cheese, olive oil, basil, salt and pepper as desired.
Preparation
1. Cut the tail part of the peppers with the tip of the knife, remove the seeds and divide them into halves.
2. Lightly fry the breadcrumbs in a pan, adding salt, pepper and lots of basil. Add the grated kačkavall cheese, capers, tomatoes and anchovies cut into small pieces,
3. Mix well, adding a little olive oil and fill the peppers with this mixture.
4. Place the peppers in a pan with a little oil, cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees C for 15 minutes.
5. After this time, remove the aluminum foil and continue baking for another 10 minutes, adding a little olive oil if necessary.
6. Serve the meals.
