Pumpkin and rice casserole

Ingredients:
1 large pumpkin or 3-4 small ones
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of cream
1 small glass of milk (about 175 ml)
2 handfuls of rice
1 teaspoon of salt
2-3 tablespoons of flour with a little milk
3-4 tablespoons of olive oil

Preparation:
Grate the pumpkin. In a large bowl, add the eggs, sour cream, milk, rice, salt and grated pumpkin. Mix well until the mixture is homogeneous. Grease a baking pan with a little olive oil and pour in the porridge mixture. Mix the flour with a little milk until it forms a thin dough. Pour it into the pan, spread it well and sprinkle 3–4 tablespoons of olive oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until it gets a beautiful golden color on top.
