Pistachio Tiramisu
Tiramisu is the most popular Italian dessert all over the world. It is said that this dessert originated in Siena (Tuscany). Around the 17th century some confectioners decided to prepare a dessert in honor of the Duke of Tuscany Cosimo de Medici. They thought of making a dessert with simple ingredients, but extremely tasty.

Today's recipe will be somewhat different from the traditional one, with the additional ingredient, pistachios.

Ingredients: 6 fresh eggs, 200 g of pistachio cream, 500 g of mascarpone, 20 pieces of tiramisu cookies, 120 g of sugar, 3 cups of espresso coffee, 100 g of chopped pistachios.

Preparation: We start by separating the egg whites from the yolks. Then beat the egg whites with 2 spoons of sugar using an electric mixer or an egg beater. After they become a stable foam, put them in the refrigerator. Then beat the egg yolks.

Add 120 g of sugar. The mass should become foamy and white in color. Then add the mascarpone. Beat them again with an electric beater. Add pistachio cream to the mixture. We mix well the entire created mass. At the end, add the egg whites that we beat at the beginning. Stir the mixture for the tiramisu filling well with the help of a silicone spoon. The filling cream is ready. Arrange the tiramisu cookies in a pan, first wetting them with espresso coffee. Pour the first layer of cream on top and spread it well over the entire surface.

We start to lay out cookies soaked in coffee again. If you want, you can add some finely chopped pistachios in between. After completing the second layer of cookies, pour the rest of the cream on top. Now we have to put chopped pistachios on top. We spread them well over the entire surface of the tiramisu. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. GOOD LUCK!
