Suel Çela's right-hand man, Bujar Shega, is extradited from Italy!

Bujar Shega, also known as Marsel, is extradited from Italy. He is known as the right-hand man in the criminal organization of Elbasan's strongman, Suel Çela. Shega had been detained in the neighboring country since last November.
At Spak's request, the GJKKO has imposed the security measure of imprisonment on the 52-year-old.
Bujar Shega, also known as Marsel, is suspected of several criminal offenses.
Shega's extradition to Albania was carried out with his consent.
Bujar (Marsel) Shega is suspected of:
* "Drug trafficking", committed in a special form of cooperation, that of a structured criminal group and "Commitment of criminal offenses by a criminal organization or structured criminal group", offenses provided for by articles 283/a/1, 28/4 and 334, first paragraph, of the Penal Code, a criminal fact verified on 13.12.2020 in the state of Ecuador where a quantity of 930 kilograms of cocaine was seized;
* "Structured criminal group", provided for by Article 333/a/1 of the Criminal Code;
* "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", provided for by article 287/1, letters "a" and "b" of the Criminal Code
Shega is expected to appear before the Criminal Court for verification of the prison sentence imposed in absentia.
