Jorida Tabaku was invited to the show "The Unexposed" on MCN TV, where she debated with journalist Andi Bushati regarding the primaries and internal democracy in the DP.
Bushati said that a stance should be taken regarding Berisha's total disregard for the primaries that he himself organized, and that Tabaku avoids this.
The DP MP stated that she spoke within the party's structures, but added that she has her own language and does not like labels.
Andi Bushati: Tabaku's stance here seems to me to be complete conformism. We are not discussing the personal fate of Jorida Tabaku. Undoubtedly, with the contribution that you have, vice president, and in turn, you go beyond your name, going beyond your name, you should also mention Kadi who came first in the primaries and does not exist at all today. The point is that today you are overlooking a farce that just happened in your party, the primaries. Taking a party troop to vote and not taking them as a basis at all is not only related to Tabaku's personal fate but is a matter of democracy in the party, of the message it gives to citizens. If you care about the votes of democrats who think differently and who wink at me, you should raise your voice about this. You can win, but the injustice is still there. This cannot be overcome and it is something for which you are condemned to take a stand and not be conformist.
Jorida Tabaku : We have also publicly acknowledged many things. As for the primaries, I said, is it an instrument that we should change and improve? Absolutely. Either use it fully or not develop it.
Andi Bushati: So it was a farce that they made fun of the Democrats.
Jorida Tabaku : These words, then, herd, farce, are not in my vocabulary. If there was anything I learned in the DP debate, it is that these thoughts should be expressed within the structures and I have expressed them. I spoke about the primaries. But that is in the past.
