Two Albanians, arrested for drug trafficking in England, have been sentenced to 14 years in prison for supplying cocaine worth over 400,000 pounds in Surrey.
Foreign media report that Mirjan Kastrati, 35 years old, was sentenced to 6 years and 3 months in prison, while Mario Dilaj, 24 years old, was sentenced to 8 years in prison.
The investigation began on September 5, 2024, when officers executed a search warrant at an address in Dartford, which was used by the two defendants as a "call centre" for the supply of cocaine in Surrey.
During the execution of the warrant, officers caught Mirjan Kastrati red-handed at an improvised table making drug deals and communicating with customers.
Mario Gilaj was also arrested after attempting to leave the property.
Further investigations revealed that the two Albanians were responsible for supplying around 4 kilograms of cocaine to Surrey in the period July-September 2024, with a total value of £413,000.
