Arbër Hajdari: I have more chemistry with Ledion than with Arbana

In a recent episode of the Allishverishi podcast, hosted by Gjergj Luca and Beldi Mane, "Big Brothet VIP Albania" columnist Arbër Hajdari openly shared his thoughts on professional collaborations and personal relationships.

He said that, after experiences with two different "BBV" colleagues, moderator Ledion Liço and Arbana Osmani, he feels better with Ledion and finds himself more than with Arbana.

Excerpt from Arbër Hajdari's conversation on the Allishverishi Podcast:

I've spent a lot of time with both of them, I certainly think they're both professionals.

But I've found myself better with Ledion. Ledion and I have reached a level of communication where we don't speak at all, we communicate all the time only with our eyes.

I like Ledioni because he is a man who listens to your opinion, respects your opinion even if it may be against it, and is very polite even when he wants to contradict your opinion.

Hajdari emphasized the importance of communication and respect at work, showing that relationships built on trust and understanding make the difference in any collaboration.
