It seems that the singer has returned this summer to Albania, where she will naturally have the opportunity for a few days of vacation.
But apart from vacations, she had the opportunity to close some issues she had with justice. The singer appeared yesterday in the Criminal Court of Tirana.
Of course, the public's curiosity was great to learn what was the issue that brought Bleona to the doors of the Court.
But the issue has not been that serious. It is about a report made against an architectural studio, with which there was a contract for the furnishing of an apartment.
It is learned that the Albanian singer who lives in the USA has given a part of the money, but since the architectural studio has not completed the works, therefore the case has ended in court.
The previous prosecutor who had the file and who left the court, requested the dismissal of the case.
Meanwhile, the current prosecutor Bledar Valikaj requested the withdrawal of the documents for a more in-depth investigation. Bleona was photographed as she is being checked and as can be seen from the photos, she is handing over her personal belongings.
After some time that this issue was pending, it seems that her conflict with the architecture studio, which started years ago, has come to an end. The singer contracted the architect's firm to complete the works on her house, and even gave them part of the payment.
But as the deadlines included in the agreement have ended, the singer has seen that no work has been done in her house by the studio that took it over.
Under these conditions, Bleona and the architect in question had several verbal clashes, because of the money that was not returned to the singer.
Under these conditions, Bleona has turned to the court to have a solution to this conflict.
However, the story dates back several years and the matter has never been made public. Only now, that the new prosecutor of the case has requested the withdrawal of the acts for a more in-depth investigation, the scandal of several years ago has come to the surface.
From the investigations until now, no criminal offense has been established and the case has been submitted by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana to the Court, to be dismissed.
