Memorial ceremony in his honor, Shpati's mother touches with the words: He hasn't been calm in the last year!

At the Memorial Academy held today in Chair, the mother of the late singer Shpat Kasapi, Gjylymsere Kasapi, touched the hearts of all present with her heartfelt words. She began her speech by thanking the family friend, the newly elected mayor of Chair, Izet Mexhiti, for organizing this tribute.

"Thank you, Mr. Izet Mexhiti, my friend, for organizing this event in honor of the great loss of my soul, half of my soul, Shpati," she said amidst despair.

Despite her long career in education, Gjylymsere Kasapi confessed that in the face of this loss, words had lost their weight. " Today you will say why I am unable to speak. I have been lecturing for 22 years, but today I feel an emotion that I have never felt in my life. And all mothers who have lost their child know this."

Amidst the pain, she expressed pride in the massive love the public had for her son. "On another level, I am very proud and happy to have given birth to a son, not just mine, but all of you. You loved him and I didn't know you loved him so much."

The most touching moments were when Gjylymsere revealed that the last year of Shpati's life had not been easy for the family. " Let him rest in peace. Let him be quiet there, because the last year has not been quiet. This has been a premonition for all of us who have been worried as a family."

Finally, she made a touching prayer for the rest of the family, saying: " I ask God, with my strongest prayers, to protect my other children, the apple of my eye: Albin, Jehona, my grandchildren, Roel and Selvije, who will keep me alive if I am still alive. May he rest in the flowers of paradise."

Shpat Kasapi was escorted to his final resting place on Sunday in Tetovo, leaving behind a rich musical legacy and a grieving family.
