"My entire journey is a story in itself"/ Albina Kelmendi talks about her career: What I want now is to...

The famous singer, Albina Kelmendi, was invited to the "Wake Up" studio this morning. The artist talked about how her collaboration with Aurela Gaça, "Motra jem", came about.
But not only that, as she also remembered the early beginnings of her career, from participating in "The Voice", "Top Fest", to representing Albania in Eurovision...
How do you remember your performances over the years?
"The Voice" remains the main pillar where I was lucky enough to start my career. After that, it was a little difficult, because I was used to doing things professionally. And to come back and make music with a guitar in a very small place, it was pretty difficult. I waited because there were no festivals or competitions to continue my career, until "Top Fest", we lack such scenes. Then at "Top Fest" it was a rare experience, what have I not done, I went viral and with my appearance. I will always be grateful to "The Voice", because it has been a powerful start for me.
"Rruggë me nota", was the name of your album released a year ago. Why did you title it that way?
Because my entire journey is a road of notes. The first song is rock, every song carries within it what I have touched as a singer. "Ftyra jem", the first song, shows everything that I feel but cannot express.
You've released an album, you've represented Albania at Eurovision, what's still left to do?
My goal as an artist has been achieved, to represent Albania at Eurovision with my whole family. My entire journey is a story in itself, with all its ups and downs, which I need time to explain. What I want from my career now is to work with good composers, with good lyricists, to bring about good collaborations, like this one with Aurela Gaçen.
