Amidst the picturesque hills of Tuscany and endless vineyards, Monica Bellucci and Tim Burton are ending an important chapter in their lives. The couple has decided to put up for sale the luxury villa they had chosen as their "love nest" just over a year ago, after ending their three-year relationship.
An intimate and memorable place, which once symbolized their love, is now ready to change hands.
The property is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Italy, between San Casciano and Val d'Orcia, and extends over approximately 14 hectares of land. Surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves, the villa offers a stunning panorama and absolute tranquility.
The complex consists of three main buildings: the main villa, a country house and another villa, with a total area of over 1,300 square meters. The interiors are furnished in a classical style, with paintings on the walls, large French windows opening onto the veranda and authentic details such as stone fireplaces and exposed beam ceilings.
In total, the property includes 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, making it a luxurious and exclusive residence. To complete this “paradise”, the villa also has a swimming pool surrounded by greenery, as well as a private facility for the production of wine and olive oil. Although the price has not been made public, it is believed to be a very high sum, while according to sources, an interested buyer may already be on the horizon.
The story between Monica Bellucci and Tim Burton began in October 2022, during the Lumière Festival, where a strong connection was immediately born between them. In the months that followed, they built an intense but discreet relationship, away from the media spotlight, between trips to Europe and the United States. The purchase of the villa in Tuscany was seen as a big step and a symbol of their love.
However, on September 19, 2025, the official announcement of the separation came, putting an end to this story that seemed like a modern fairy tale to many.
Despite the separation, the decision to sell the villa was made peacefully. Relations between them remain calm and both are involved in the negotiation process.
