In a statement released Sunday, November 30 by the Bardot Foundation, the 91-year-old French film star sought to reassure her fans about the “false reports” that have circulated in recent days regarding her health.

The statement comes after recent reports that Brigitte Bardot had been hospitalized again at Saint-Jean in Toulon. She was previously hospitalized in October, during which she underwent minor surgery, her office announced at the time.

As stated in the announcement published on Instagram: “In response to the spread of fake news in recent days, Brigitte Bardot wants to remind everyone that she is currently recovering, that she would appreciate it if the world would respect her privacy and calls on everyone to calm down. Bardot wants to reassure those who are truly worried about her and sends them this message: 'I send my love to all of you.'”

In October, Bardot was forced to deny online rumors that she had died after a false report spread. In a post on X, she said: "I'm fine. I don't know which idiot started this fake news about my disappearance tonight, but know that I'm fine and I have no intention of leaving this life."

Although her doctors have not released details about her health, French media reports that the actress remains in stable condition and is under constant medical supervision.
