Since yesterday evening, the snowfall has returned again in Dibër and Bulqiza. In the cities of Peshkopia and Bulqiza, the snow has whitened the roofs, while the thickness of the new snow varies up to 20 cm in the heights of the mountains. As for the road situation, no problems have appeared. There is snow in Qafë e Morrizi, but it did not hold on the asphalt.
