The interview of the coach of the Czech Republic after the draw with Albania, Silhavy: Shame! We were very bad in the first half

After the 1-1 draw at home against Albania, the coach of the Czech Republic, Jaroslav Silhavy, expressed his disappointment with his team.
Speaking to the local media after this meeting, he added that it is a shame that the team did not manage to win.
"Obviously we lost two points. We are disappointed, the boys entered the dressing room head down. We scored two goals, only one was worth it. After our mistake, we offered the opponent an equalizing goal, but then we couldn't turn the game in our favor, it's a shame, we should have won", Silhavy said regretfully.
How do you explain the poor performance in the first half?
We were also surprised by this. We were ready for the match, we knew how important it was. But then we seemed nervous, there were a few fights. Unfortunately, the first part didn't quite work for us. I'm happy that we improved and performed better in the second.
However, Albania is only one point behind you, Poland is moving forward. A rather big complication for further development in the group.
Unfortunately, we only have one point difference. Qualification still has work to do. Albania plays Poland, then we go to Albania... It's a shame we didn't win here.
Why did you replace the scorer Cerny so early, who looked the most active on the field?
This is probably your point of view. But we had other strikers on the bench who were also waiting for a chance. We wanted to have more powerful and goal-scoring players on the field.
