Manchester City win Carabao Cup, beat Arsenal in final

Manchester City have been declared winners of the Carabao Cup for the 2025/2026 season, after a convincing 2-0 triumph over Arsenal in the grand final played at Wembley Stadium.

The first goal for Guardiola's team was scored by Nico O'Reilly in the 60th minute, after a serious mistake by Arsenal goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Just four minutes later, O'Reilly scored the second goal in the 64th minute, sealing the victory and the title for his team.

Despite their efforts throughout the match, Arsenal failed to threaten City's goal, ending the match with a 0-2 defeat.
