World Cup finals begin, Colturi ranks 16th in slalom

The Women's World Cup finals in skiing have begun in Lillehammer, Norway, where the last seasonal competition in the slalom discipline took place today. Skier Lara Colturi took to the track for the red and black colors.
Among the 24 participants in this race, Colturi ranked 16th (Mikaela Shiffrin triumphed). After two descents, the 19-year-old skier gave an overall time of 2'11”10, after a linear race and without many mistakes.
In the first descent, the time given by Colturi was 1'10”13, classifying in 10th place. While in the second descent, her time was 1'00”97, losing several positions in the overall classification.
Overall, Colturi's performance in these two descents was good, but lacked the aggression often shown in the first races of the season. However, this remains a good season for him in the slalom discipline.
