World Cup draw, Trump's presence confirmed

Attention is focused on December 5, when the draw for the 2026 World Cup will be held in Washington, a competition that will take place this summer in the US, Mexico and Canada.

White House spokeswoman Caroline Leavitt has confirmed the presence of US President Donald Trump.

"On Friday, President Trump will attend the World Cup group draw at the Kennedy Center," Leavitt told reporters.

The special thing about this World Cup is that there will be 48 participating teams. Gianni Infantino, the president of FIFA, did not hesitate to talk about Trump.

"I'm really lucky. I have a great relationship with President Trump, whom I consider a close friend," Infantino said recently.
