Officially, Inter Miami signs a contract with the new coach until 2027

Inter Miami has appointed Javier Mascherano as the new coach. Mascherono will succeed Garardo Martino, who left Miami last week as a result of the team's sudden elimination from the playoffs.

Mascherano signed a contract until 2027 with the American club and reunites with former Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi, Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba and Luis Suarez.

"To lead a club like Inter Miami is an honor and a privilege for me. I will try to do my best. I was attracted by the club's ambition," he said.
