Murder of Albanian boss in Turin, Police solve the crime after 3 months: Italian woman and her boyfriend massacred him with a hammer

Two Italian citizens have been arrested by the Police in Turin, for the murder of Albanian Mikel Rroku . The 55-year-old was a pizza chef and was found dead inside his apartment, a few days after he was brutally shot in the head with a hammer.
It took exactly three months to solve the mystery. It was the residents of the building who notified the authorities about the bad smell coming from Mikell Rroku's apartment, and when the carabinieri arrived, they found the 55-year-old dead.
When they entered the apartment on the second and top floor of the building with firefighters, officers from the Valletta station thought it was a suicide or a lonely tragedy. However, initial forensic tests revealed severe head injuries, which were later confirmed by an autopsy: Rroku had been killed by a hammer blow.
Therefore, responsibility for the case fell on the Carabinieri of the Provincial Command's Investigative Unit, who opened a murder investigation, coordinated by prosecutor Lea Lamonaca.
The investigation has reached a turning point with the arrest of his wife and her partner, both Italians. According to the prosecution, they planned and committed the crime together, taking Mikel Rroku by surprise in his small apartment in the Lucento neighborhood.
His wife, 45, and her partner, 52, have been arrested for premeditated murder and are expected to face charges in court.
