Dor Puka, the master of house robbery in England, The Telegraph: The government

Dorian Puka, the 29-year-old Albanian who was jailed and deported twice for robbery before returning to the UK, celebrated his 10th anniversary in Britain with a VIP party at a popular nightclub, surrounded by dancers and thousands of pounds of champagne.

According to The Telegraph , to which Top Channel refers, the 29-year-old Albanian was seen dancing, singing and smoking a cigar on Wednesday evening in videos posted on social media by himself.

Puka booked a VIP section of the Cirque le Soir club, a favorite destination for celebrities in Britain, and later posted photos from the party on his Instagram account.

Over the past year, Puka has used social media repeatedly to mock the Home Office with videos of his luxurious lifestyle, including showing off his six Rolex watches and luxury cars such as a Ferrari and a 2022 Lamborghini URUS worth £180,000.

The Interior Ministry has admitted that it is powerless to deport Puka again until his asylum application has been fully examined, but has warned that foreign criminals should have "no doubt" that sooner or later they will be brought to justice.

Puka was first jailed on February 17, 2015, after he was caught burglarizing a house in Twickenham, southwest London, while the owner was on holiday in France. The homeowner saw the robbery live on home security cameras and immediately called the police.

The 29-year-old Albanian was jailed for nine months and “agreed” to leave Britain upon his release. But within a year, he had managed to evade border controls and returned to the UK to carry out a series of other robberies in the London suburbs.

The next time, Puka was caught by some civilians patrolling Surbiton, also southwest of the capital, after a rise in robberies by local residents had been reported. At the time of his arrest, Puka was holding an expensive watch that he had stolen.

He was imprisoned for three and a half years and then deported in March 2020.

During his time in a UK prison, Puka became famous for using a phone smuggled into the prison to post photos on Instagram. He posed alongside the leader of an organised crime group who was serving a 12-year sentence for cocaine trafficking and money laundering.

After returning to Albania for several months, he traveled through Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands before passing through border controls to re-enter Britain in December 2020, according to posts on his Instagram account.

Faced with deportation again, he filed an asylum application and since 2023 he has been moving freely in Britain under the control of an electronic tracker while waiting for the court to decide on his asylum claim.

A Home Office spokesman said: “This government will not allow foreign criminals and illegal immigrants to exploit our laws, which is why we are reforming human rights laws and replacing the broken appeals system, allowing us to increase the number of deportations.”

"The Home Secretary announced the most far-reaching reforms to tackle illegal migration in modern times, which will make Britain a less attractive destination for illegal immigrants and make it easier to remove and deport them ," the spokesman added.
