AKSHI file/ Alqi Bllako's name appears, SPAK finds conversations about kidnapping and violence that the former SP MP had with Agas
Several telephone communications made between two old friends, businessman Ergys Agasi and former SP MP Alqi Bllako, have become the subject of investigation by the SPAK special prosecution, which is pursuing criminal case No. 20/1.
Journalist Elton Qyno learned through these conversations that SPAK managed to extract from the telephones seized in June 2025 from businessman Ergys Agasi, revealing the involvement of former SP MP Alqi Bllako in the use of psychological and physical violence and kidnapping of people.
According to documents obtained in the AKSHI file, 4 episodes of the use of psychological and physical violence have been identified, carried out through threats or even kidnappings or the use of firearms.
The aim of all these criminal actions, according to the documents, was for the persons involved to achieve their own goals. One of these cases is the episode between Ergys Agas and former Socialist Party MP, Alqi Bllako.
The file contains evidence through telephone expert reports that these two public figures communicate with each other, not sparing the use of human elements with high social risk, to threaten or dictate through pressure and with impunity, senior state officials, who must act and sign documents, according to the instructions they request in these conversations.
It is not known exactly what the names of the highly socially dangerous characters mentioned in these conversations between Agas and Bllako are.
But what is already known is the fact that SPAK is investigating in this regard and it is expected that former MP Alqi Bllako, who pleaded guilty and was convicted by the court as being involved in the Elbasan incinerator affair, will also be questioned.
"...it further results that the evidence informs the case of pressure and threats made against Migena Schroeder, in the episode in which she provides clarification of the public procurement "Stmart Lab 2", where explanations are given for "Albascan" of Elton and Elision Jorgji, "AESS" of Jani Angjeli, the director of AKSHI, Mirlinda Karçanaj, businessman Ermal Beriqi, the deputy directors of AKSHI, Daniel Shima and Elton Jorgji. Even in this case, according to these statements, psychological violence was used, through threats, to force the economic operator to act according to the intentions and demands of the suspected violators..." - it is stated in the documents obtained by journalist Elton Qyno.
Further, the episode told by businessman Gerond Meçe, of the company "ABS", is revealed, an episode that is set between the time period January-February 2025, which SPAK has not been able to identify until this stage of the investigation.
As well as two other episodes, where the protagonist is again Gerond Meçe, of the company "Advanced Business Solutions "ABS". His kidnapping seems to have taken place in the middle of Tirana, under completely normal conditions and without much noise.
But, at the same time, after being taken hostage under completely normal and random circumstances, businessman Gerond Meçe was found on the street quite by chance by an engineer from his company, who took him to the office near the "Toptani" shopping center.
A strange coincidence, but here it is. According to the testimony that Gerond Meçe gave to officers of the National Bureau of Investigation, he says that after he was kidnapped, held hostage in the Graceni area of Elbasan and left on the road near the Bradashesh roundabout, a car from his company appeared by chance, with the driver, engineer Jorgis Sollaku, who brought him to the premises of his business offices in Tirana.
The four kidnappers were filmed from several different angles by cameras at nearby businesses and clearly appear without masks, only with hats on their heads.
Their faces are almost completely recognizable, but surprisingly, the team of "thugs" who kidnapped Gerond Meçe has not been identified, neither by State Police informants, nor by informants from the Special Prosecution Office and the National Bureau of Investigation.
So why is there such a delay in identifying the four people whose images were captured on video, and who is the man protecting this team of four from being identified and arrested?
Currently, this issue presents an important aspect, as it shows a series of facts and indications, which if interpreted in relation to each other, can clarify the meaning of what happened after the formal administrative procedures and in the course of being carried out before the AKSHI and within the AKSHI offices.
Up to this stage of the file, 8 people have been prosecuted and investigated for this matter. But this seems to be just the tip of the iceberg.
After other details have been made public, causing the Special Court of Appeal to direct and order SPAK to investigate other persons such as the former deputy director of AKSHI, Daniel Shima, former MP Alqi Bllako, Emirton Suli, Meri Manaj, Helena Papa, Denis Molla, Ingrida Luzha, Ersila Qeramixhiu, Brixhilda Sinanaj, Aurel Vrenos, Enklid Pelari and Migena Sxhroeder. / By Elton Qyno - Syri.net
