NAMES/ Divjaka's tenders end in GJKKO, SPAK closes investigations for 6 defendants

SPAK has closed the investigations into Divjaka Municipality officials and has transferred the file to the Criminal Court.

The defendants are the following citizens: Dorjan Spaho, Sara Xhepa (Doko), Rokled Malko, Fatos Veliu, Vojsava Leçini and Elbareta Nishica, with the function of director of territorial development planning.

They have been charged with "violation of equality in public tenders or auctions".

According to information, it concerns 3 tender procedures carried out by the Municipality of Divjaka, which amount to 1 million euros. The investigation began as a follow-up to a fraction of another file.
