Safet Bajri's girlfriend drove one of the cars in the murder of Fatbardh

To carry out the murder of Fatbardh Lici, Safet, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali, in the company of Safet's girlfriend, Eria Aga, traveled from Tirana to Shkodra in the early hours of the morning of August 10, 2018.

One of the vehicles, a white Mercedes Benz CL with the license plate "AA989TE", was driven by Eria, which according to SPAK is confirmed through communications she had with Astmer Bilal. In this car, Eria Aga traveled from Tirana to Shkodra together with Astmer Bilal, in whose car Astmer forgot his sweatshirt, which is suspected to be the shooter in the murder of Fatbadh Lici.

According to the investigation, it was learned that Astmer Bilali, in the stolen gray "Benz 220" car, was a passenger, while it was driven by Safet Bajri. This car was filmed throughout the entire route that followed from the arrival in front of the bar where Fatbardh Lici was sitting until it was burned. Bilali, dressed in black, got out of the car to commit the murder, shot several times and quickly drove away.

A witness told police the moment the car was set on fire in Dobraç and then fled. According to him, the person was masked, tall and appeared to be young, while the mask had red stains, likely blood stains. Eria Ago was arrested on February 26 on charges of aiding the perpetrator, while her ex-boyfriend Safet Bajri was also arrested on February 21.

SPAK accuses the trio Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali of having collaborated to organize and commit the premeditated murder in the form of a structured criminal group. The motive for Lici's murder, according to SPAK, is related to Behar Bajri's suspicion that Ibrahim Lici had killed a member of their group, former police officer Boran Bërçana, on July 15, 2018, who was executed in a car together with his partner Silvi Ndoci, while the 3-year-old child survived. For this event, which the authorities have not yet solved, a month later the Bajrs took revenge by killing Lici's uncle.

On August 10, 2018, in the early hours of the morning, Safet Bajri (Rustemi), Astmer Bilali and EA, Safet Bajri's girlfriend, set off towards Shkodra in two vehicles, one of the "Benz" brand with license plate AA 989 TE, used by Safet Rustemi, and the other of the "Volkswagen" brand with license plate AA 383 PN, used by Denis Brajovic.

After arriving in Shkodër, Safet Bajri and Astmer Bilali got out of their cars and used a stolen gray “Benz” vehicle, with license plates AA 760 FX. The vehicle they used approached the place where the rented bar of citizen Sokol Lici was located, where almost every day, at the same time, his brother, the victim Fatbardh Lici, who is also Ibrahim Lici’s uncle, used to go and drink coffee. After seeing that the victim was sitting outside the bar, the vehicle approached him. Here, Astmer Bilali, who is suspected of having gotten out of the passenger door, shot him with a gun, leaving him dead.

After committing the murder, according to the investigation team, Astmer Bilali and Safet Bajri were seen driving the crime car towards the area where the latter lives, where it appears that Astmer Bilali also burned the vehicle. After the crime was committed, this same vehicle moved towards the Dobraç area. There it was seen entering the alley that leads to the bar belonging to the Bajra family, from where it is suspected that Safet Bajri (Rustem) got off and then Astmer, who burned the vehicle, to then rejoin Safet. According to the investigation team, immediately after the crime, Astmer Bilali appears to have left Shkodra for Tirana in a "Volkswagen" type vehicle, owned by Denis Brajovic.
