Legal education starts in school: Metani holds meetings in Përmet and Këlcyrë

The High Inspector of Justice, Mr. Artur Metani, accompanied by inspectors and staff members of the ILD, held working meetings with students and teachers of the “Nonda Bulka” schools in Përmet and “Kamber Bënja” in Këlcyrë, within the framework of the institution’s public communication strategy for the promotion of legal education. These meetings aim to strengthen the interaction of the ILD with the community, through direct contacts with various social groups throughout the country.

At the “Nonda Bulka” school in Përmet, students had prepared and presented the case “Dilemmas of Justice”, engaging in a structured debate, divided into two teams, with arguments for and against the case discussed. The engagement and level of discussion were assessed by distributing certificates to the participants.

During his communication with the students, as well as with the teaching staff of both schools, the High Inspector of Justice, Mr. Artur Metani, emphasized the importance of legal education for the younger generation, as a way to form informed citizens and increase public trust in justice.

Speaking about the tradition that ILD has created through cooperation with students and schoolchildren, Mr. Metani said that such interactions with justice institutions should continue in the future. The High Inspector of Justice noted that schools are the place where society is formed, which tomorrow will be part of, including the field of justice.

The school principals, Ms. Anida Hajredini of “Nonda Bulka” in Përmet and Mr. Arben Zoto of “Kamber Bënja” in Këlcyrë, thanked the High Inspector of Justice for selecting these schools for this informational meeting and introduced Mr. Metani and his team to the progress of educational activity and the institutional tradition, reflected in the school museum.
