A citizen reports to the Stop show that he was deceived by Denis Lici, to whom he gave 1.1 million lek to change the category of his taxi and truck license.
Claiming to have an acquaintance, he took the money and then disappeared.
Despite constant excuses and promises of a refund, only a small portion has been returned by his wife, while he himself remains unreachable.
"That person assured me that he would get me a D license and my brother-in-law a C license. He promised me that he would get me a license without any course and asked me for 700 thousand old lek for myself personally, while he asked my brother-in-law for 400. Both total 1 million and 100 thousand lek. I gave him the payment as he asked me. I was waiting for the time to go for the license exam. He made an appointment for me and said that he would wait for a person for the exam. I went to the exam there and no one came, neither the person in question, nor Denis Lici. From that moment on, I called him and he did not answer.
"Since he didn't do anything to me, I asked for the money and his wife gave me 300 thousand lek, while he hasn't given me the rest yet," the complainant said.
