NAMES/ They took bribes to influence judges, SPAK closes investigations and brings 6 defendants to trial! They were revealed from conversations on "Sky ECC"

The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime has sent 6 people for trial, including the former crime boss in Tirana, Erjon Dani, after they are accused of taking money from citizens to influence judges.
In addition to former police officer Erjon Dani, SPAK has brought Sokol Masha, Musa Gjikola, Emiljano (alias Milan) Roci, Klodjan Muca and Vilson Roci to trial.
The group is accused of "Exercising unlawful influence over persons exercising public functions" , while Dani is also charged with "abuse of office".
The SPAK investigation shows that the defendants were involved in three bribery episodes during 2020, where they requested and received monetary amounts ranging from 4,000 to 7,500 euros, with the claim that they "had the ability to exercise illegal influence over justice officials, with the aim of influencing personal security measures and favoring the sentencing of some of the arrested."
Erjon Dani is accused of abusing his position and using the power granted to him by his position as Deputy Chief of Crimes in Tirana, distributing data from the TIMS system to other persons.
Investigations have documented that the defendants collaborated and coordinated actions through communications on the encrypted platform "Sky ECC".
SPAK cracks down on corruption in the justice system – six defendants for unlawful influence and abuse of office
The Special Prosecution Office against Corruption and Organized Crime (hereinafter the Special Prosecution Office) has completed the investigations and has sent to the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana the request for adjudication of criminal proceedings no. 177/1 of 2025, against the citizens:
The defendants are accused of consuming the elements of the following criminal offenses:
The investigations conducted revealed that during 2020, the defendants were involved in three separate episodes, where they requested and received monetary amounts ranging from 4,000 to 7,500 euros, claiming that they had the ability to exert illegal influence over justice officials, with the aim of influencing personal security measures and favoring the sentencing of some of the arrested.
It has also been proven that the defendant Erjon Dani, at the time of the events, acting as Deputy Chief of Police and Chief of Crimes at Police Station No. 3 in Tirana, abused his position by distributing data obtained from the TIMS system to third parties.
The investigations have documented that the defendants collaborated and coordinated actions through communications on the encrypted platform "Sky ECC", which were administered by French justice authorities within the framework of international mutual legal assistance.
This criminal proceeding is separate from criminal proceeding no. 177 of 2023, for which investigations continue against several other persons under investigation, suspected of the criminal offenses of "drug trafficking", "aiding illegal border crossing" and "structured criminal group", provided for by articles 283/a, 298, 333/a, 334/1 and 28/4 of the Criminal Code.
