Investigations into the January 21 incident, Aleks Nika's uncle at SPAK! Meeting with Chief Prosecutor Klodian Braho

Mark Nika, the uncle of Aleks Nika, who is one of the four protesters killed on January 21, 2011, went to SPAK's premises this afternoon where he will have a meeting with Chief Prosecutor Klodian Braho.
The focus of this meeting is expected to be the progress of the investigations into the serious event of January 21, a file that has been treated as a state crime and has been taken under investigation by SPAK.
We recall that in July 2024, the Tirana Court declared incompetence for the "January 21" file, thus sending the investigative file to the Special Prosecution Office (SPAK).
According to the SPAK announcement, investigations have been registered for the criminal offenses "Murder in other qualifying circumstances" in collaboration, "Abuse of office" in collaboration, and "Committing actions that impede the discovery of the truth" in collaboration.
