This project envisages the construction of a five-star hotel with approximately 250 rooms, another 60 accommodation units with luxury service, bars, restaurants, commercial units, cafes, meeting and entertainment spaces, SPA, swimming pool and recreational areas, casino, as well as parking space for over 600 cars.
The investment for the construction of the hotel and casino on the new Boulevard of Tirana is expected to reach 197 million dollars and the investment company is Adriatic Resorts LLC.
Founded in 2022 with an official address in Cheyenne, Wymoing of the United States, Adriatic Resorts LLC is a limited liability company.
The company's board consists of 5 people, including Jack Binion as a shareholder partner, while its CEO is Dominic Polizzotto. On the board of the company it turns out to be an Albanian-American named Engjeil Pasha, who holds the role of director of communications.
