No time for work, the prosecutor in Saranda seeks a husband from a fortune teller!

The issue addressed tonight, April 7, on "Stop", Tv Klan, was related to the case of citizen Pandeli Nika, where according to him, his family business was taken over by his brother, the co-owner of the business built in 1996.

The case was referred to the Saranda Prosecutor's Office for document forgery, but prosecutor Hava Memko did not take any further action.

Immediately after the publication by "Stop", the prosecutor criminally prosecuted Pandeli Nika for a notarial document, allegedly forged, without any expert report or scientific evidence.

Everything was based on the word of the notary, who himself turns out to have been previously accused and convicted of forgery, favored by the prosecution.

On the other hand, the same document has been investigated twice before by other prosecutors and closed without any element of forgery.

Meanwhile, the complainant has presented two private expert reports, which prove that the seals are authentic.

As if all these "deeds" weren't enough, prosecutor Memko was seen going to consult her fortune with a local fortune teller.
