Iran wins the digital battle: How is "Lego" propaganda defeating Washington's power?

America may be winning the battle for control of Iranian airspace, as President Donald Trump tells us every day, but it is losing the battle for propaganda and communication, in favor of Tehran.
This phenomenon may be one of the most surprising collateral damage of this war for Washington. All the more so since America should be at the forefront of the field of digital communication, having invented it itself and having a Hollywood-like creative and advertising apparatus unmatched in the world. Yet none of this is emerging from the American front.
The Iranian-initiated dynamic of "Akhbar Enfejari" (Breaking News) has been developing gradually for several months and then accelerated during the war thanks to Lego animations (yes, those building blocks), masterfully realized with artificial intelligence applications by Iranian digital technicians. The short and very short videos have already gone viral in the West for the quality of production, for their accompaniment to rap music specially created to sound like it came from the poor American neighborhoods (evoking almost an "internal revolt") and for an ironic but clear message: a mixture of threat and claim to moral superiority.
Their success is also amplified by the threatening (and vulgar) message they face: Trump has never had the pretensions or rhetoric of a statesman, but in one of his latest messages he has outdone himself, sending "those damned bastards to the devil" and threatening to "return them to the Stone Age" if they don't do as he says. All this without worrying about the civilian population he would like to incite to revolt.
Of course, the Iranian theocracy will never do as he says, but rather delights in hearing him speak that way. And Trump, by raising his voice, perhaps without realizing it, falls into a deadly trap that has created unexpected alliances, unforeseen moral reactions, and very serious accusations of war crimes against Washington now, before they even happen.
It is now clear that there is help from Moscow in the production of Iranian content, with its refinement in the production of "trolls", disinformation and fake news, to conquer the digital media space in the West and orient public opinion towards an effective terrain.
Let's take this Instagram video: the blond character with the red hat and the look of a fat boy, naive but evil, is clearly Donald Trump. Like a capricious child behind the Oval Office desk, he is ready to press a red button to destroy an Iranian power plant, having just destroyed a bridge. The image is fast, cartoonish, very lively and colorful; the characters and the environment are recreated like a Lego movie made by artificial intelligence.

What conclusion can we draw? Trolls remain trolls and fake news remains so. Historical claims and idyllic descriptions of Iran have no logical basis. And precisely to curb Iran's nuclear and destabilizing ambitions, the US has intervened.
However, public opinion is easily swayed. The videos continue to circulate, while Trump continues with an aggressive and empty rhetoric that fewer and fewer people believe. Even if Tehran loses or is significantly weakened, this intelligent, albeit false, communication strategy could cause long-term damage, especially if Trump continues to play their game.
