Pacolli: I will go to international arbitration for Vlora Airport

Businessman Behgjet Pacolli, invited to the Opinion show on TV Klan, said that there are two ways he can act now, since the Vlora Airport case has gone to court.

He said that if he sees that the decisions of the Albanian courts are not fair, he can turn to International Arbitration and seek compensation. Pacolli stated that he can seek compensation of up to 250 million euros.

Pacolli emphasized that if he is given the opportunity to build tomorrow, he will complete the works at Vlora Airport in 2 months.

Behgjet Pacolli: I will go to international arbitration for the decisions of our courts, if the decisions are not fair. The court is hasty, because it is not based on justice. One possibility to solve the problem is with the Swiss bilateral agreement and the second is international arbitration. 247 million must be returned to me. I have had arbitration during my life with the Kosovo government and I have won 7 million euros, but I have forgiven them.

If I go to Arbitration, the damage will be great. If they give me permission tomorrow, I will build the airport in 2 months. As for the partners, I have no way of reaching an agreement with the other party. What happened should not have happened. My former collaborator Valon Lluka has repeatedly stolen from me, he has stolen 30 thousand euros a month and I have reported him in Kosovo.
