A dispute over the length of stay in a rented room has ended with the injury of the owner of the apartment in the "10 Korriku" neighborhood of Vlora.
It is learned that the incident occurred today at around 09:00.
According to police, the conflict began as a verbal argument between owner BL, 53, and tenant Klevis Aliaj, 36, and then degenerated into a physical fight.
During the conflict, Aliaj is suspected of hitting the owner with a sharp object, causing minor injuries.
BL was transported to the hospital and is out of danger.
The suspect has been escorted to the police station for further procedural actions, while the investigative group is working to fully clarify the incident and determine legal responsibilities.
