Property becomes cause of domestic violence, mother receives protection order from daughter

Bukurije Hoxha has denounced on the "Stop" show on TV Klan a fierce conflict with her daughter, Etleva Gribizi, regarding family property after the separation from her husband.
According to Hoxha, Etleva, who has lived in Greece for years, has returned and requested a share in the apartment, even though she is excluded from the will.
She claims that her daughter and nephew have threatened and physically abused her, which has led to her receiving two protection orders from the court.
On the other hand, Etleva Gribizi denies the accusations and declares that she has rights over the property, claiming that her father left her a room on the first floor of the apartment.
She accuses her brother of trying to exclude her and claims that the will is forged because, according to her, it was drafted a year after her father's death and does not bear his signature or handwriting.
Etleva Gribizi: I have no conflict, neither with my mother nor with anyone. My brother does this to drive me out of the house and here I am, two years out on the streets, like a dog. I have a share because my father left me. My father left me there on the first floor, I have my own room there. He made a fake will that he issued a year after my father died. It is not my father's signature at all and it is not my father's handwriting that I know.
The case has ended in court, where on January 9, 2026, First Instance Judge Alma Kodraliu ruled that Etleva Gribizi should possess the room in the apartment. The decision is contested by Bukurije Hoxha, who claims that it conflicts with the protection order in force until the end of February 2026, which prohibits Etleva from approaching the apartment. /tvklan.al
