Skënder Hita at the head of the State Police, the official decision for the new head of the law enforcement forces is published

Skënder Hita was appointed Director General of the State Police today, and the official decision has been made public.

According to the decision signed by Prime Minister Edi Rama, Hita was appointed to the position in support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Articles 56, points 1 and 2, and 85, point 10, of Law No. 82/2024, "On the State Police", upon the proposal of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Council of Ministers.

This decision shall enter into force immediately and shall be published in the "Official Gazette".

In support of Article 100 of the Constitution and Articles 56, points 1 and 2, and 85, point 10, of Law No. 82/2024, “On the State Police”, upon the proposal of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Council of Ministers

This decision enters into force immediately and is published in the "Official Gazette".
