SPAK submits claim for the "Revanshi" file and requests 56 years in prison for the 5 defendants! From the brother of the former socialist MP, to the former RENEA officer

SPAK announced the claim for the 5 defendants in the 'Revanshi' case and requested their sentence of 56 years in prison in total.

For Armando Ndreca (main photo), brother of former socialist MP Eduart Ndreca, a sentence of 15 years in prison was requested, but due to the shortened trial, the sentence was reduced to 10 years.

For Elvis Ndreca, a family member and MP, a final sentence of 6 years in prison was requested, for former RENEA officer Adrian Pikli, 7 years were requested, for Deivis Bajramaj 8 years in prison, and for defendant Edison Muçeku 6 years.

The special prosecution charges the defendants with "structured criminal group", "cultivation of narcotic plants", "unlicensed possession of weapons" and "providing conditions to commit murder".

The investigation shows that in May-July 2020, Albert Zaja and Edison Muçeku provided the means for the murder of Hamza Terziu. While Elvis Ndreca is suspected of providing the conditions to carry out the murder of Durim Bami, known as the strongman of Nikla.

Armando Ndreca, the brother of the former MP, is accused of organizing and financing the group that produced and sold 243 kilograms of cannabis in Lezha.

Deivis Bajramaj and Adrian Pikli are under indictment for arms trafficking. The revenge case has been divided into several factions, due to the numerous criminal episodes.

Among the defendants are former socialist MP Arben Ndoka, Ervis Martinaj, who has been missing without a trace for 4 years, Aldo Avdyli, part of the Avdyli clan, Durim Bami, Ednrit Dokle and Fatmir Hyseni.
