Hoxha begins official visit to Kosovo, meets with Kurti and Haxhiu

The Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs, Ferit Hoxha, is holding a series of meetings this Sunday with Kosovo's highest institutional leaders.

He held his first meeting with the acting president, Albulena Haxhiu, at the Presidency.

After this meeting, the minister was also received by the Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, with whom he held talks.

The official visit will continue with a meeting with Glauk Konjufca, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo.

At 12:10, the two ministers will hold a joint press conference, which will be broadcast live on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During his stay in Pristina, Hoxha will also meet with leaders and representatives of political parties in Kosovo, including Bedri Hamza, chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, and Ardian Gjini, representative of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.

As part of the visit, Minister Hoxha will also hold a meeting at the KFOR base with Major General Ozkan Ulutash, Commander of KFOR, as well as with members of the Armed Forces contingent.
