SPAK: The murder of Fatbardh Lici, revenge for the execution of Boran Bërçana

SPAK has revealed details regarding the investigations it conducted into the murder of Fatbardh Lici in 2018 in Shkodra.

SPAK has issued security measures of "arrest with imprisonment" for the murder of Fatbardh Lici, for Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilani.

According to SPAK, the execution of Fatbardh Lici came as a sign of revenge for the murder of Boran Bërçana.

Boran Bërcana was murdered on July 15, 2018, along with his partner Silvi Ndoci.

"Evidence has been collected on which reasonable suspicion has been created that the persons under investigation; BB; AB and SR planned, organized and carried out on 10.08.2018, in the city of Shkodra, the murder with a firearm of citizen F. L, a relative of citizen IL. The motive for his murder is suspected to be related, among other things, to the attribution that citizen BB makes to citizen IL for the murder of his acquaintance, citizen BB," the Special Prosecution's announcement states.
