Albanian students in North Macedonia protest for the Albanian language, Bebe Rexha also supports them

Bebe Rexha has expressed support for Albanian students in North Macedonia.
On her Instagram account, Bebe shared the call for protest, where with a message of support on the eve of the big march on May 18, the star of Albanian origin has given this battle great proportions. Now, thanks to her, the cause of Albanian students for their native language has received extraordinary attention.
"Our Albanian language is deeply rooted in our identity. For generations, we have fought to preserve it and keep it alive."
North Macedonia is a multiethnic state, built on coexistence and equal rights for all its communities, where the Albanian language is recognized as a co-official language.
"Albanian students deserve the same rights and opportunities as everyone else," writes Bebe Rexha.
The artist's reaction comes on the eve of the protest announced by Albanian students, which will be held on Monday, May 18, at 4:30 PM, with the motto "Unite with the students - all with one voice." The protest is organized with the request that the bar exam be made available in Albanian.
The students' cause has received widespread support from Albanian political figures, public figures and organizations throughout the Balkans.
