The arrest of the director of SHISH and treason against the state!

I am not inclined to consider or believe everything that is being written and said about the former director of the state secret service, but if what is being served to the public through all kinds of media has its source from the SPAK files, then all of her behavior and activity as director of the State Intelligence Service is nothing but TREASON TO THE STATE.
Not only chosen, but also trusted by Prime Minister Edi Rama to serve at the head of the main agency in the entirety of vital state services, the State Intelligence Service, Vlora Hyseni must also possess some special qualities and abilities, which anyone who goes to that task should have, especially in order to understand and then fulfill the great weight of responsibility.
Accused of "supporting the perpetrator of the crime" and "disclosure of secret acts or data", due to the special qualities and responsibilities that the position of Director of the Intelligence Service carries, the charge is not equivalent to any other suspect or accused, be they leaders of various levels in the State Police, the Institute of Scientific Police or elsewhere.
If the director of the State Intelligence Service, through her actions or inactions, has supported the perpetrator of the crime or has revealed acts and data of a secret nature, she has committed TREASON AGAINST THE STATE.
The attempt to see it differently or to relativize everything related to it, considering it only "individual responsibility", is an attempt to justify a serious and unprecedented crime at these levels of state responsibility.
Because this is not simply about an individual who has broken the law. It is about a high-ranking state official, to whom the state has entrusted a duty that, at its core, exists to protect the state itself.
An ordinary official can be held accountable for a violation committed in the exercise of his duties. But the head of the intelligence service bears a responsibility that stems directly from the special nature of the function he exercises. He does not simply administer documents, does not simply manage employees, and does not simply make administrative decisions.
He administers the state trust.
And this trust has a concrete content: preserving information, protecting resources, protecting national security interests, and using any data provided only in function of the mission for which the institution exists.
Precisely for this reason, the individual cannot be artificially separated from the position he holds. Because in such a position, the power that the individual has is not personal power. It is power delegated by the state.
The information he has at his disposal is not personal information. It is state information. The secret he keeps is not his secret. It is a state secret. And the trust he has been given is not a personal privilege. It is a very high state responsibility.
This is also the reason why every personal relationship, every communication and every action of such a leader must be judged in relation to the duty he has undertaken. Not because a leader of an institution cannot have a personal life, friendships or human relationships, but because there is a limit that cannot be crossed: personal interest cannot enter the space reserved for state interest.
There are several high-ranking state positions, including that of the head of the Intelligence Service, where the relationship between the leader and the high responsibility he exercises is regulated, in addition to the law, by several sacred and non-negotiable codes with no one. Not even with oneself.
Trust in what one learns because of duty, the oath not to share what one knows with anyone, fanatically maintaining relationships with subordinates, with partners, with the leaders of other institutions that make up the chain of vital state institutions, the protection of resources and information, integrity, self-restraint, loyalty, the priority of the mission over personal interest, the avoidance of any conflict of interest, and the preservation of the insurmountable boundary between duty and personal relationships, are the foundation of the culture to serve the state with the highest loyalty.
Any deviation from these codes and their violation constitute TREASON TO THE STATE.
These are not qualities that can be demanded according to circumstances. They are the very conditions on which the state's trust in the one entrusted with such a task is built. Therefore, any conscious deviation from these codes and any violation of them is not and cannot be simply "individual responsibility."
Only those who have no idea how the state is structured and how it functions, or others who deliberately want to impose a different line of conduct on law enforcement agencies, can consider the behavior of the SHISH director in office as such.
