ChatGPT crashes/ Users raise 'alert'

ChatGPT is not working for many users right now.
With multiple reports on social media, it was confirmed that the chatbot loads but is unable to answer questions, while others are seeing an "internal server error" message.
OpenAI posted an update on its site, saying that ChatGPT, its API and its Sora text-to-video generator are "currently experiencing high error rates."
An update posted later said the issue was "caused by an upstream provider" and that OpenAI is currently monitoring the situation.
ChatGPT has crashed several times in recent months. Just days after OpenAI released Sora to ChatGPT subscribers earlier this month, the video generator and ChatGPT went down for hours.
Meanwhile, a widespread outage affecting AI tools brought ChatGPT down in June.
