Donald Trump is holding his first cabinet meeting today after taking office for a second term as US president.
During the meeting, Trump said that the peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine may not work.
The US president spoke about the possibility that he may not be able to achieve peace between Ukraine and Russia.
"You have a lot of faith in us because you assume there will be peace ," Trump said.
" You know it's possible it won't work. There's a possibility, but I hope it happens for the sake of humanity ," Trump said.
About a week ago, US and Russian delegations met in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to talk about peace in Ukraine.
Recall that during the election campaign, Trump pledged to end the war within 24 hours or even before taking office.
