"Over 1,000 terrorists eliminated"/ Israel: Operations against Hezbollah will intensify 

Israeli forces have warned that operations against Hezbollah will be "intensified."

General Eyal Zamir, who visited the Ras al-Bayda area, the northernmost point in southern Lebanon where Israeli troops are currently operating, said more than 1,000 terrorists have been eliminated since the war began on March 2.

“The damage we inflict on Hezbollah will increase. More than 1,000 Hezbollah terrorists have been eliminated” since the fighting resumed on March 2, Zamir declared, adding: “The Israeli army is increasing its attacks on Hezbollah positions and soldiers are advancing on the border. The army aims to “repel the threat to the communities of northern Israel and we will stand on this line for as long as necessary.”
